Cancellation Policy

K9 Cleaning Crew Booking Policy 1. Booking & Scheduling All services must be booked in advance through our website, phone, or email. Recurring and one-time services are available. We operate on a scheduled route system; appointment times may vary slightly based on traffic, weather, and prior stops. Customers must provide accurate property access details at the time of booking. To ensure accurate pricing, new customers are required to provide photos of their garden before their first appointment. Customers must notify us in advance of any changes to their property that may impact service, such as landscaping or construction work. Certain services may require access to an outdoor tap, which must be available at the time of service. 2. Payment Policy Payments must be made in advance or on the day of service. We accept cash, card payments, and bank transfers. Recurring customers can set up automated payments. Late payments may result in service suspension. Any additional services requested beyond the standard booking will be charged accordingly and must be paid before the next scheduled visit. 3. Cancellations & Rescheduling Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee (50% of the service cost). Same-day cancellations or missed appointments will be charged in full. Rescheduling requests are subject to availability. In the event of extreme weather conditions, we may need to reschedule appointments, and customers will be notified accordingly. 4. Service Access & Safety Customers must ensure that gates are unlocked, and dogs are secured during service. If we are unable to access the property, the full service fee will be charged. Hazardous conditions such as aggressive dogs, unsafe property conditions, or extreme weather may result in service postponement. We do not enter homes or enclosed areas without prior arrangement. 5. Satisfaction Guarantee If any areas are missed, please notify us within 24 hours for a complimentary re-scoop. We strive to provide excellent service and welcome feedback. Customers should ensure the yard is free from obstacles that could hinder service quality. 6. Liability & Limitations K9 Cleaning Crew is not responsible for any damage to property resulting from normal service operations. We do not handle hazardous waste, including but not limited to medical waste and non-dog waste. Our team follows strict hygiene and safety protocols to ensure a clean and professional
